CCD Vision Technology

Industrial CCD/CMOS cameras from 0.3MP to 12MP with telecentric lenses and coaxial, dome, ring and backlight illumination. Up to 24 cameras can be mounted on 60 series precision slide tables for perpendicular, repeatable imaging from any angle.

2D + 3D Imaging

2D imaging measures contour, hole position and surface appearance while 3D profile sensors capture height, coplanarity, warpage and thread depth — combined into one judgement for the same part.

AI Deep Learning Algorithms

Self-developed deep-learning defect models are trained on real production NG samples. They catch stains, scratches, plating variation and other defects that rule-based vision cannot describe, and keep improving as new samples are added.

Multi-Sensor Fusion

Vision, encoder, laser and eddy-current signals are fused inside the motion control card so every part is tracked from feeding to blow-off — no mis-blow, no missed blow, even at 2,500 parts per minute.

High Precision Measurement

DD direct-drive servo indexing with glass plane runout within 0.05mm and sub-pixel measurement algorithms deliver repeatable accuracy up to 0.005mm across the full disc.

Remote Debugging Technology

Every machine ships with secure remote access so our engineers can tune recipes, update algorithms and diagnose faults from Dongguan — critical for overseas customers in different time zones.
