What accuracy can your machines reach?
Standard configurations measure to 0.01mm; with telecentric optics and high-resolution cameras the maximum accuracy reaches 0.005mm, with sorting accuracy up to 99.99%.
Can you test my parts before I order?
Yes. Send samples to our Dongguan laboratory and we run them on the matching platform, then send you the detection rate report, camera layout and cycle time before quotation.
How long is the lead time?
Standard machines ship in 30–45 days. Non-standard and customised projects usually take 45–75 days after sample evaluation and drawing approval.
Do you provide installation and training overseas?
We provide guided remote installation with video support as standard, on-site commissioning on request, plus operator and engineer training material in English.
What after-sales support do you offer?
12 months warranty on the whole machine, lifetime software upgrades, 24/7 remote debugging access and a recommended spare parts kit with every shipment.
Which voltage do you supply?
Machines are built for AC 220V 50/60Hz single phase by default; 110V and 380V versions can be configured for your country.
