CCD Vision Technology
Industrial CCD/CMOS cameras from 0.3MP to 12MP with telecentric lenses and coaxial, dome, ring and backlight illumination. Up to 24 cameras can be mounted on 60 series precision slide tables for perpendicular, repeatable imaging from any angle.

AI Deep Learning Algorithms
Self-developed deep-learning defect models are trained on real production NG samples. They catch stains, scratches, plating variation and other defects that rule-based vision cannot describe, and keep improving as new samples are added.

Multi-Sensor Fusion

High Precision Measurement
